SENAR training

Committed to corporate education and the continuous professional development of its collaborators, Comexim provides conditions for them to feel comfortable and competitive in their search for knowledge and professional development, helping them optimize their routine activities, time management, and the pursuit of their goals, in line with the company's mission and values. With this objective, Comexim, in partnership with SENAR (National Service for Rural Learning), offers its employees and partner producers a number of free trainings.

SENAR is responsible for the professional training and social promotion of rural workers and others involved in the agribusiness sector, providing free training to about 200,000 people annually in the most diverse areas of the agribusiness productive chains. There are almost 600 courses offered in the various areas of agriculture, livestock, forestry, aquaculture, extractivism, agro-industry, etc.

All courses offered by Comexim in partnership with SENAR are open and free of charge.

Forklift operators

The entire operation of moving large volumes of coffee in a warehouse depends on forklifts. Comexim offers forklift operators a 20-hour recycling course, in which the regulatory norms NR11 and NR12 and other relevant subjects in the area are covered. These courses have been very well accepted by employees and new classes are planned for 2023.
